Position Overview:
As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Serendipity Day Spa, you’ll deliver personalized massage therapy services while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. From conducting client consultations to fostering relaxation, you’ll play a vital role in improving our clients’ overall well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Perform customized massage treatments tailored to individual client needs, ensuring comfort and relaxation.
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand goals and create personalized wellness plans.
Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy to promote holistic health.
Maintain a clean and professional workspace, adhering to high hygiene standards.
Collaborate with team members to cultivate a welcoming, positive atmosphere for clients and staff.
Stay up to date with industry best practices through paid training and continued education opportunities.
Qualifications:
Valid NH State Massage Therapy License and proficiency in various massage modalities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for creating a welcoming client experience.
Ability to adapt techniques to individual client needs, fostering trust and comfort.
A team player with a positive, professional attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
