We are looking for IT support professionals based in MA with vision and ambition to join our staff and help us expand our reach in the digital recording market.

Job Description:

CourtSmart Digital Systems is immediately recruiting additional Tech Support Reps to add to our staff of 9 support specialists. We are looking for dynamic, self-starters with excellent organizational and communication skills; to handle day-to-day tasks in a professional manner with the ability to effectively manage deadlines and expectations. CourtSmart Digital Systems, is a leading developer of digital audio/video recording technology for government venues offering an exciting, secure future for the right candidate who is up for the challenge.

We are currently looking to hire full-time Tech Support Specialists at our conveniently located office in North Chelmsford, MA close to the intersection of Rt 495 and Rt 3. Job Responsibilities Include:

Configuring Dell servers and workstations to operate our digital recording (audio/video) systems including network and SQL database components

Complete Quality Assurance checks for CourtSmart system installations

Installation of CourtSmart's hardware and software at customer locations

Documenting site and support issues

Training technical and non-technical end-users in the operation of CourtSmart

Provide high-level support to customers both in-house and onsite via phone and remote connectivity

Troubleshoot customers' technical issues/escalate to Application Development as needed

Testing new software releases including beta and service packs

Researching technologies and products that benefit CourtSmart and support our business strategies

Skills Required:

Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, & SMTP

Technically proficient with the latest versions of Windows Server, MS SQL and troubleshooting these products

Professionalism: Attention to detail, follow-up, and using good judgment is paramount

Strong written and verbal communication skills, accurate documentation is very important

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Some knowledge of audio/video signal flow a plus

Ability to multi-task and manage projects start to finish for installations you are assigned.

This position involves traveling (up to 20%) throughout the United States, Canada, Bermuda and Europe working with various courts (all levels), police agencies and legislative bodies. This position requires the ability to pass background criminal checks through local and federal agencies as needed. Must be able to obtain a valid passport. This is NOT a remote position. This is NOT a contract position. This is NOT an entry level position. Experience is a requirement
