Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Department: CBI Commercial Construction
Reports to: Senior Project Manager and Project Manager
Positions Supervised: Field Personnel

Position Summary: The Assistant Project Manager provides project management support to the Commercial Senior Project Manager and several Project Managers and Site Supervisors.
Primary Essential Responsibilities:
Assist Senior PM in the day to day management of multiple commercial and mill construction projects.
Prepare and manage subcontracts, work-orders and purchase order documentation.
Assist in the preparation of estimates and budgets.
As the opportunity arises, act as PM on small tenant fit-ups.
Prepare building permit applications including gathering plans, etc.
Provide limited support to Project Managers and Site Supervisors in the field.
Be part of a dynamic Commercial, Residential and Mill renovation team taking on challenging and varied projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
3-5 years of construction experience.
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline
Experience as a Project Engineer with another firm
Superior Time Management Skills
Integrity and a high degree of ethical conduct are expected.

Proficient w/ Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
