Job Description:
As an Experienced Auto Body Technician at Eastern Auto Body, you will be responsible for performing auto body repairs on a variety of vehicles. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, where your expertise will be crucial in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional work, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to have you on board.
Responsibilities:
Inspect vehicles and assess the damage to determine necessary repairs
Perform body repairs, frame straightening, and other structural repairs
Replace or repair damaged parts such as bumpers, fenders, doors, and panels
Ensure all work meets industry standards and quality controls
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively to complete repairs on time
Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician
Proficiency in frame straightening, welding, and repair techniques
Experience with various auto body repair tools and equipment
Strong knowledge of vehicle construction and repair techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and quality control
Valid driver’s license
ASE, I-Car certification (preferred but not required)
