JDM Pro Painting, Inc. is a professional painting company looking for an experienced carpenter subcontractor for exterior work in the Seacoast NH area.
This is a 1099 position and requires general liability insurance. Must be willing to work independently and be reliable. Must be able to handle all standard exterior residential carpentry repairs.
Must have driver's license and vehicle. Must have majority of own tools, some can be provided. Most work is lower and second level of homes. On occasion there will be higher level work, such as dormers. With that said, must be able to handle extension ladders occasionally, no more than 40 feet and be able to use roof ladder hook to make standard repairs on dormers/roof lines (trim/siding).
