Duration: 4+ Months
Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM
Pay: $25/hr.
Job Description
Seeking an experienced CNC Operator to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines; adjust tooling & work offsets
Load raw materials and unload finished parts
Run multiple machines simultaneously
Edit and troubleshoot existing CNC programs; assist with basic program development
Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.
Ensure dimensional accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement
Perform routine preventive maintenance and keep work area clean
Communicate production issues and collaborate with the team
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
3+ years CNC machining experience or advanced manufacturing training
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools
Understanding of CNC programming, machining methods, and shop math (trig/geometry)
