Unity Heat Pumps is a small heart-lead startup company that focuses on the installation and maintenance of efficient and eco-friendly heat pump systems.
Our culture is different than other HVAC or contractor companies. We emphasize health and well-being over productivity and profit.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in sales, and can handle and enjoy the risk and dynamic nature of a startup business.
This is a leadership role and you will guide the company to attract and maintain a steady flow of clients and work, year-round. This entails a lot of honest communication, travelling for site visits, and keeping a CRM and other aspects well organized.
Experience in the HVAC industry is a bonus, but not a requirement. Complimentary experience is also a bonus (solar, plumbing, green building, etc.). We will train the right candidate.
We are a small and very focused team, seeing the great potential in front of us to help with this massive transition taking place.
Many rebates are about to be released, opening up the market. We're planning to ride this wave and we need a competent surfer (sales leader) to help us get there!
Compensation is 100% commission-based. Your success is in your hands!
We also offer a monthly health stipend, and will double it if you sign up for recurring root-cause healing work.
