Small residential building company is seeking a experienced carpenter for new construction and renovation projects.
The right person will have experience in:
-Framing with an eye for efficient and
neat work
-Finish work including multi part moulding details, stairs etc
-Built in cabinetry
-Modern building techniques including rain screens, air sealing etc.
Our work is throughout the upper Valley including Hanover, Norwich, Fairlee, Newbury and surrounding towns.
You would be expected to have your own collection of hand tools and power tools.
This position could be set up as a 1099 sub contractor or a W-2 employee. Pay is definitely dependent on experience.
