Pay rate for a Painter ranges between $16-19 an hour (depending on experience) full time/year round work. We are asking for at least 5 years of experience painting on commercial job sites. This position would consist of the knowledge and ability to use basic materials, own a minor selection of tools which you will use in the painting process and will be required to clean-up after yourself everyday. In addition she/he must be capable of understanding the need to maintain quality and control standards, customer relations and be able to adhere to company safety and environmental programs. OSHA10 is required from all our painters that work on any commercial job site.
The Painter is responsible for the completion of assigned tasks in the field in accordance with the Director of Field Operations. These tasks and assignments are to be performed using approved company methods and standards, within designated time frames and at all times maintaining Company established quality levels.
This painter is required to have a valid driver's license and vehicle that way, the painter will be able to get to and from work every day. Also, you must be able to pass a background check. This position requires a person with a good attitude, the ability to perform multiple tasks, and the willingness to change direction quickly, when required, without losing the productivity necessary to complete the tasks in hand. Our company has a strict Attendance/Tardiness policy. This is a full-time position which consists of a 40 hour work week.
