As a member of our team you will:
- Install crown molding, baseboards, trim, and custom woodwork.
- Create coffered ceilings, wainscoting, and paneling.
- Install window and door casings.
- Work on staircase balusters, railings, and hardwood flooring.
- Build decks from frame to finish.
- Ensure projects are completed to meet or exceed client expectations.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Transportation. Although our projects are not hours away we do expect that our team members are responsible getting to and from the project sites.
