Helical Drilling, is looking for an experienced Foreman. Helical is a geotechnical design build contractor that does work all over New England.
The foreman is responsible for their assigned project and crew. Their primary responsibilities are to oversee and maintain a safe work environment. They will guide and direct the crew along with managing the daily activities of the project. They will ensure that the project is built according to the design submittal. They will keep General Superintendent (GS) & Construction Project Manager (CPM) informed on the status of the project daily or as needed and will also coordinate site activities with the General Contractor and with the GS & CPM when required.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the assigned project
2. Oversee and maintain a safe work environment
3. Guide and direct the crew
4. Manage daily activities on project
5. Build project according to the design submittal.
6. Keep GS & CPM informed on status of the project daily or as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE: Reliable Vehicle and Valid Drivers License (We work all over New England)
6-8 years of construction experience in a fast paced construction company and 2 plus years as a foreman running crews and jobs
OSHA 10 Preferred
Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
Must be able to work assigned hours with crew with some overnights
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Must be able to speak, read and write English and be a US Citizen
