We are a small but quickly growing property management company in Keene, NH. We manage small multi-family buildings with about 50 units under management in total.
Our mission is to ensure maximum profitability to property owners and premier service residents, and to create a positive impact in the community along the way.
Job Description
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Complete maintenance tickets submitted by residents.
- Maintain the exterior and common areas of the properties.
- Work on apartment rehab projects when apartments turnover.
Required Skills and Experience
- No college degree required
- Technical certifications or licenses are a positive
- 2+ years working on own rehab projects for yourself or others
- Good verbal and written (texting) communication skills
- Moderate to good ability to use a smartphone and navigate apps
Hours and Availability
Exact hours will change week to week, based on the work to be done. Typically 15-20 hours per week, but could be closer to 40 hours when we’re doing gut rehab projects.
We try to keep hours Monday through Friday (if desired) but some weekend flexibility is helpful, in case of maintenance emergency.
Compensation
Hourly rate is negotiable, paid weekly on Fridays.
