From patios, walkways, and retaining walls to excavation and snow removal, we build durable, high-quality outdoor spaces. We’re seeking an experienced Job Foreman to lead our crew with hands-on expertise and take charge of every project, reporting directly to the owner.
As our lead foreman, you’ll be in the field, driving the crew to execute flawless hardscape and landscape projects. You’ll set the pace, ensure quality, and bring Artisan Grounds’ vision to life through skilled masonry and equipment operation.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a foreman or lead in hardscape/landscape construction, with a strong portfolio of hands-on projects.
Expertise in building New England dry stack walls, veneer work, patios, and masonry features.
Proficiency in operating heavy machinery (excavators, loaders) and using masonry tools to deliver professional results.
Strong leadership to guide and motivate the crew, ensuring top-notch work and a cohesive team.
Physical stamina to perform demanding fieldwork, including lifting 60+ pounds, in all weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Experience with snow removal is a plus.
