Join Our Team at R&B Services, LLC! R&B Services, LLC, a small, family-owned, veteran-owned excavation company in Sanbornton, NH, is seeking a skilled Construction Utility Worker to join our crew. If you have experience in underground utility work, a strong work ethic, and meet DOT requirements for towing, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview:
Construction Utility Worker will assist in the installation and maintenance of water, sewer, and drainage systems, support site preparation, and operate equipment as needed. This role requires physical endurance, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Utility Installation – Assist with trenching, pipe laying, and utility connections.
Site Preparation – Grade, compact, and prepare job sites for excavation and utility work.
Equipment Operation – Safely operate construction tools and light equipment as needed.
Towing & Transport – Comply with DOT regulations when towing trailers and equipment (CDL not required but a plus).
Safety Compliance – Follow OSHA and company safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free job site.
Material Handling – Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
Job Site Assistance – Support foremen, operators, and pipe layers in completing projects efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
Construction Experience – Prior experience in excavation, underground utilities, or site work preferred.
DOT Compliance – Ability to tow trailers and follow DOT regulations (Medical Card preferred).
Safety Conscious – Must adhere to all OSHA and job site safety regulations.
Reliable & Hardworking – Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork required.
Physical Stamina – Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
Valid Driver’s License – Clean driving record required (CDL is a plus).
