In search of a part time (guessing 2-4 days a week, depending on workload) handyman (or Woman)for general help with my property. Everything from general carpentry, basic plumbing, Electric, to painting, cleaning, lawns, to small roofing jobs etc Just a general all around helper with some skills. Automotive/mechanical repair skills a plus too.
I have several properties in several different towns around Concord
Applicant must be drug free, have their own car (and current license), be reliable, timely etc You have to have a working phone etc
Must be self directed as you will be working alone and be able to communicate well.
It could turn into full time but wanting to start part time to see how it goes.
