Wanted: Landscape Architecture and construction company based in the lake sunapee area is looking to hire a landscape foreperson. Position is full time 9 months , with year round employment available to exceptionally motivated individuals. Job tasks include building landscape construction projects, with features including hand laid stone walls, stone masonry, stone patios (brick, concrete too), stone steps, and installation of plant material, pruning, and grading. Specific skills include working with stone, knowledge of horticulture, CDL A license (or ability to get one), experience operating machinery including skidsteers and excavators, and ability to haul trailers. These positions include heavy manual labor, and use of equipment. Ideal foreperson has degree in horticulture and or landscape architecture, and or atleast 5 years experience in design/build landscape industry. Pay to commensurate with experience. If you apply and do not meet these thresholds you may still be offered employment but with different compensation. Benefits available after a full year of employment. The company has a zero tolerance policy on drugs and alcohol, so all employees must be able to pass drug and alcohol tests. Do you also have experience in building, carpentry etc? This is a bonus and could help you gain year round employment with us.
