Design / Build / Remodeling Company ALC Design is looking for lead carpenters, carpenters, and journeymen to join our team throughout southern NH and northern MA.
Key Qualities:
Eligible candidates must have high-quality standards, good interpersonal and communication skills, organization skills as well as good problem-solving skills. The ability to deliver outstanding customer service, quality products, and cost control are a must. Applicant should be skilled in knowing his/her production along with being adept at goal setting each day and remaining on schedule. As well as effective communication skills with team members, subcontractors, vendors, and clients are key.
Experience:
Experience working in new construction, remodeling, and renovations.
Minimum of 3 years (for Lead Carpenter position) in all phases of residential remodeling and construction.
Supervision experience (for Lead Carpenter position) required.
Must be able to coordinate, oversee, and manage while working hands-on in the production of projects.
Other Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance.
Must have a reliable, clean, and respectable truck. NO lettering or obscene stickers.
Must have all hand and/or power tools required for residential remodeling.
Must be able to pass background and/or drug testing.
All projects and/or company properties are smoke-free environments.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full Time 40 hours
