Looking for full time Lead Gutter Technician/Operator for a small gutter company. Male or Female

Must have The following:

Travel to Hudson NH daily

Develop an understanding of the major business components

Required to ensuring compliance with the established policies/procedures

Works the necessary hours per week in order to perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner

Interact with clients to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and solving customer complaints

Responsible for all aspects of installing company products according to work order quality and safety guidelines

Observe and follow all OSHA, DOT and Company Safety policies and procedures

Show up on time to all pre-arranged appointments

Assist customer in understanding exactly what they are paying for and why it is a superior product

Ask clients for referrals and gain new business outside the companies regular marketing efforts.

Assist in the development and implementation of new systems, helping to maintain and increase the companys profitability and organization as it changes and grows

Call clients on your way to their property and when you arrive introduce yourself to them

Maintain truck stock to lessen the need for return trips for shortages

Responsible to complete a jobsite inspection, making sure job is done completely and to clients expectations.

Collect payment for work completed

Maintain the appearance of the truck; clean interior and exterior to remove unnecessary dirt and debris

Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery, including vehicles.

Manage and maintain an accurate inventory system to reduce outages

Increase sales by upselling customers with other services that Gutter-Plus provides

Qualifications:

Interest in growth with the company

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details

Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used on construction projects

Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule

Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

Excellent organization skills required

Valid and current Drivers License required

Be able to obtain DOT Medical Card

Clean Driving Record
