Maintenance worker needed for Mobile Home Service Specialty Company.
MUST be able work in confined crawl spaces under mobile homes.
MUST be willing to work in extreme weather conditions.
MUST have some experience in plumbing, carpentry, flooring, electrical and HVAC.
MUST be able to take direction and criticism to do the job correctly.
MUST be a team player and also work independently when needed. NO DRAMA
MUST have valid drivers license and clean driving record.
SOME mobile home experience is helpful but most importantly have a willingness to learn.
MUST be willing to work later hours to get job done and an occasional Saturday.
NO drug or alcohol issues will be tolerated.
Business owner is looking for an individual who wants to work hard, learn mobile home maintenance work, has a positive attitude and make as much money as possible.
Cannot stress enough that mobile home work is dirty work, must be able to work in extreme and all weather conditions at times, with mold and mildew, dead pests and animals. We have a system dealing with all of this.
Company vehicle provided. Fuel and repairs will be paid for.
If temporarily using own vehicle, gas and travel will be provided.
Company shirts and sweatshirts will be provided.
Will also provide knee pads, work boots, pants and rain gear as needed.
Weekly pay.
Some paid holidays.
Some paid days off.
Bonuses on certain jobs.
This is a 1099 position and you will be provided a tax form.
Sub contractors considered, but your work must not interfere with our jobs and work schedule.
Starting pay:
$25-35 and bonuses for hard working maintenance assistant
$40-65+ and bonuses for skilled worker based on experience
