Evergreen Place in Manchester, NH is seeking an experienced Maintenance Worker to handle day-to-day facility upkeep, basic repairs, and support the comfort and safety of our residents in our assisted living community.
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. | On-Call Rotation
Responsibilities include:
Perform general repairs and maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, carpentry)
Conduct safety and building inspections
Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks (snow removal, landscaping)
Respond to maintenance requests and after-hours calls as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of maintenance experience (assisted living or healthcare preferred)
Basic knowledge of building systems and safety procedures
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
