Cedar Lodge Condominiums, located in the Weirs Beach area of Laconia, New Hampshire, is seeking a dependable individual or a professional winter services company to provide on-demand snow removal and ice management assistance for the 2025-2026 winter season.
Services Needed (as requested, not scheduled):
Shoveling and clearing building entrances, stairways, walkways, and common access points
Applying ice melt, salting, and traction treatment in high-traffic areas
Post-storm clean-up and safety checks for icy conditions
Fast mobilization when contacted during storms or freeze events
Entrance accessibility and community safety are the top priorities
Ideal Partner:
Available early mornings, evenings, weekends, and during storms
Able to respond quickly when called
Provides their own equipment and ice/snow treatment materials (salt, ice melt, sand, shovels, etc.)
Experience servicing condos, HOAs, or commercial properties preferred
Companies that are licensed and insured are strongly encouraged to reply
