Fine gardening assistants needed part-time starting immediately. Responsibilities include all aspects of tending a variety of residential gardens in eastern New Hampshire and southern coastal Maine. Emphasis on sustainable and 100% organic maintenance of perennials, annuals and small shrubs in the landscape. Small planting installations as well. The winter season may bring opportunity but limited hours for possible help with pruning, marketing and flower show assistance depending on interest and abilities. You should be a self-starter, creative, have a passion for plants, enjoy outdoor work and be willing to travel. Hours are flexible and typically no weekends! Part-time to start with possible full-time (seasonal) available. Bonuses and paid holidays during the season! Organic gardening, landscape maintenance and/or farming experience preferred. This is NOT a subcontractor arrangement - we are a fully insured company registered in both NH and Maine with company trucks. We are a NOFA-certified organic company. Ideally, candidates should be based near the Route 16 corridor area between Wakefield and Conway. Or based in the greater Portland area for our Maine accounts. Email resume.
