Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled RV Mechanic preferably with a Motor Vehicle Inspection License to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Strong Background in Automotive Repair and Maintenance, with the ability to Troubleshoot and Repair Various Mechanical systems. This role requires hands-on experience with Air Brakes, Brake Repair, and the ability to Interpret Schematics. The Mechanic will play a crucial role in ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally and safely.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine Maintenance and Repairs on Vehicles and Machinery, including Air Brake Systems and HVAC units.
Diagnose Mechanical Issues using Schematics and Technical Manuals.
Execute Brake Repairs and other Automotive Repairs as needed.
Utilize Soldering Techniques for Electrical Repairs when necessary.
Operate forklifts safely to move equipment and materials as required.
Conduct Inspections to ensure Compliance with Safety Standards and Regulations.
Maintain Accurate Records of Repairs and Maintenance performed on equipment.
Assist in Heavy Lifting tasks related to Equipment Installation or Removal.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience in Automotive Repair or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with Air Brake Systems and Brake Repair Techniques is essential.
Ability to Read and Interpret Schematics for Troubleshooting purposes.
Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
Strong Mechanical Aptitude with the ability to Perform Heavy Lifting Tasks.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills and Attention to Detail are necessary for success in this role.
