Purpose:
â¢To provide assistance to Express Lube Service Customers (primarily)
Key Responsibilities:
â¢Meet and Greet Service Customers in Service Lane
â¢Provide customer service to Service Customers
â¢Create Repair Orders for work to be performed
â¢Upsell to customers as appropriate
â¢Offer input and suggestions to customers for vehicle maintenance and services.
â¢Coordinate repairs and/or parts purchases for the most efficient, and profitable outcome.
â¢Coordinate with other Service Advisers to ensure smooth transition of customers when needed.
â¢Open, close, update, process repair orders with attention to detail including description of repairs made, and suggestions/recommendations from Technicians.
â¢Research parts needs as requested by Technicians and/or other customers.
â¢Receive and bill out parts on repair orders, or counter slips
â¢Any additional assignment or special projects as required by Management
â¢Frequent standing, bending
â¢Minimal lifting up to 30 lbs.
â¢Physically able to get into and out of vehicles

â¢Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written format
â¢Excellent Customer Service and Selling skills
â¢Attention to detail and the ability to âthink on your feetâ
â¢Accept responsibility for actions taken
â¢Ability to gain customerâs confidence and trust
â¢Possesses basic automotive and/or mechanical experience
â¢Knowledge of Office Product (excel, word, outlook)
â¢Must be organized and able to handle high pressure situations
Education:
â¢Valid Driverâs License
â¢H.S. degree required, College preferred
