Andrews Construction Co., Inc. is currently seeking an experienced individual for a sitework
foreperson position. Minimum 5 years of experience running sitework jobs from small
residential to larger commercial jobs. Duties include but are not limited to:
Supervise/oversee crews of 5 - 15 or multiple crews
Assigns work tasks and direct field crews
Complete all daily/weekly paperwork, material tracking and other job paperwork as required
Communicate with project manager with regards to ordering materials, subcontractors and change orders
Monitor subcontractor progress
Oversee jobsite safety
Able to recognize, and respond proactively to, differing site conditions, unanticipated conditions, and other unforeseen challenges
