I'm a small contractor expanding with a big unexpected growth (Good) I need a small roofing crew, a Small Siding crew and a small framing crew. If you are in between projects this is perfect for you. If you are a handy man this is NOT and will NOT be a good fit for you as I need staff that knows they're specific trade.
What I need:
1.Guys that have they're own tools appropriate for the specific trade.
2.Own reliable transportation.
3.Cell phone.
4.Way to print emails.
5.Can follow directions and take constructive criticism. (Very important in our industry)
What I do:
I bid projects, this means labor and materials. (I will also be doing the work with you)
I will pay you for your labor, gas to and from job including tolls.
Your labor will be paid the following Friday when work is 100% complete.

If you are a roofer please don't tell me how you are worth $150 a square to lay shingles!
If you are a sider please don't tell me how you are worth $130 a square!
If you are a framer please don't tell me how you are worth $50/hour!
At those rates we wouldn't be able to close or sell jobs.
As you can tell I've heard it all just be honest and we will all make money.
