Duties: Every day we're doing something different. We handle everything from drafting plans, cutting, finishing and packaging to raking leaves & snow removal.
You need to have basic woodworking power tool experience - routers, skill saws, band saws etc. You don't need to be a master carpenter. Although if you are, lets talk. Most timbers can be handled on rollers or moved with equipment, but you will need to be able to move timbers by hand in some situations.
Our culture is everyone knowing what's going on. Honesty and integrity with our customers being the main focus.
Qualifications:
You are mechanically inclined.
You're not intimidated using a windows computer.
You learn fast and will ask questions if you're not clear.
You are open minded and can handle constructive criticism.
All work is at our shop on Concord / Canterbury line. We offer a pleasant and supportive work environment. Organized shop that's warm in winter, cool in summer. People like it here.
