Tower climbing experience required. Certification desired.
Ability to adhere to industry safety standards.
Basic first aid/CPR and Osha 10 desired
Must have a valid U.S. drivers license.
Must be able to squat, stretch, bend and lift 70 lbs, be able to climb 300’ and maintain an acceptable pace; be physically fit.
Prefer experience conducting sweep and fiber testing. Certifications desired.
Familiar with proper procedures for all types of rigging operations. Certification desired.
Ability to properly install and support fiber optic and coaxial cable systems.
Ability to use critical thinking to install and troubleshoot telecommunications systems.
Ability to use computers, smart phones and ipads for E-mail, Word, Excel operations, and accessing info on the internet.
Ability to document work through photo log and closeout documentation.
Must keep jobsite, truck, equipment and supplies inventoried, clean and organized. Must possess own hand tools.
Ability to assist in the building of all types of communication sites. (self supporters, guyed, monopoles, and rooftops).
Ability to work at heights for extended periods of time.
Ability to safely operate power and hand tools that are required.
Ability to interface professionally and respectfully with coworkers and customers.
Will be required to pass employment verification, criminal background check and drug screening.
