We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, and adherence to safety regulations.
Duties
Operate 18' Box Truck with lift gate for the transportation of goods to designated locations.
Perform route driving and ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
Assist with moving items as needed, ensuring efficient operations within the delivery process.
Utilize forklifts or other equipment for loading/unloading when necessary.
Skills
Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card.
Clean driving record.
Familiarity with route driving and courier services is preferred.
Strong skills in load unloading processes and cargo handling techniques.
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to navigate using GPS systems and maps efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols while on the road.

Making deliveries from Central NH to Billerica/Waltham, MA.
Dealing with customers and handling paperwork and interactions
Examine packing slips to ensure accuracy
Record damages and discrepancies
Requirements:
Current DOT Med card is required
Must have a clean driving record and ability to pass a drug test
Must have high attention to detail & great communication skills with customers
