We are seeking a capable and responsible individual with management experience and proven abilities in setting and meeting objectives to effectively supervise day-to-day operations of the business. Pay & Benefits:

$80,000-$95,000/Year

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Provide leadership in establishing priorities and growth strategies while remaining true to the core values, mission, vision and financial objectives of the company.

At least 3 years of Passenger Transportation experience.

Must be strong in all aspects of Passenger Transportation Logistics.

Provide necessary coaching, mentoring, and direction to ensure an effective and capable team and maintain a positive company culture.

Provide timely, clear, and effective communication with customer, team members, and leadership.

Work closely with dispatch operations, sales, and maintenance departments including overseeing regular audits and reconciliations of individual department responsibilities.

Oversee daily interaction with customers to ensure that quotes, confirmations, and invoices are sent within timelines and consistent with the companies objectives.

Use daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure company goals and objectives are consistently met. Providing clear and transparent reports to the management team that convey wins, needs, and opportunities.

Work closely with the sales and operations teams to secure key pieces of business including contracts and large charters.

Oversee the safety director and driver trainer to ensure DOT compliant driver records.

Oversee the service and operations departments to ensure company vehicles and equipment meet the highest levels of safety and cleanliness.

Manage the implementation and consistent enforcement of rules, regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe, positive, working environment and a healthy company culture.

Recruit, train, and supervise staff.

Act as a company liaison to passengers, clients, and partners.

Be able to handle all escalated operations issues.

Manage an effective culture of safety throughout the company and its locations, including conducting quarterly OSHA safety meetings and overseeing the proper reporting of incident and accident.

Other job related duties as assigned.
