Senior Appliance On-Hand Field Supervisor
High-End / Commercial-Grade Appliance Delivery
Position Overview
This is not an entry-level delivery role. The Senior Appliance On-Hand Field Supervisor is a hands-on field leader responsible for executing and controlling complex, high-value appliance deliveries with zero tolerance for damage, excuses, or poor execution. You will lead crews in the field, personally handle premium and commercial-grade appliances, and serve as the final authority on-site.
Core Responsibilities
Lead from the front and actively participate in deliveries while supervising crew members
Deliver, stage, and place high-end and commercial-grade appliances including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Miele, Viking, Bosch, GE Monogram, and JennAir
Execute complex deliveries involving stairs, tight clearances, finished flooring, and high-value interiors
Train, direct, and correct crew members in real time
Enforce protection standards for floors, walls, cabinetry, and appliances
Act as on-site decision-maker for job execution and customer interaction
Inspect appliances pre- and post-delivery and ensure all documentation is completed
Enforce safety standards and damage-prevention protocols
Report field issues and crew performance to operations leadership
Required Experience & Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
3–5+ years of verified high-end appliance delivery experience
Hands-on experience delivering Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Miele, Viking, or equivalent brands
Proven field leadership or supervisory experience
Physically capable of handling heavy appliances in demanding environments
Strong command presence and professional customer communication
Ability to work long days, early starts, and variable schedules
