The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for oversight o the Maintenance operations and managing a
team of technicians ensuring functioning of all equipment and appliances. Delegating task and following up to ensure completion. The candidate should have sound judgement, budget management good organizational skills, knowledge of DDD and state licensing requirements. Leadership, communication, and documentation are essential in this role.
