Sea Dog Brewing Co. in North Conway is looking for energetic and service oriented hosts, bussers and food runners to join our team. Our location features a full bar and dining room. Full-time and Part-time positions are available, as well as days, evenings and weekends for a flexible schedule.Applicants must love to smile, be friendly, stand for extended periods, and be able to provide great customer service above all else.ESSENTIAL PROFESSIONAL FUNCTIONS
Greet customers warmly and graciously
Answer phones
Be aware of restaurant hours, reservation policies and special events
Pre-bus tables by asking guest if they have finished their meal
Clear all dishes off of table after guest has left
Bring dishes to dish slide, scrape and stack
Set tables according to company standards
When appropriate, place customers on the wait list for a table
Manage a wait list and seating pace
Seat guests at appropriately sized tables with needed accommodations
Upon seating guests, offer menus and inform or their servers name
Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible
Keep host stand and dining room neat and clean
Spot check bathrooms throughout the shift, replace paper products as needed.
