As a Health and Safety Business Partner, you'll join a supportive and skilled team, providing specialist health, safety, and wellbeing advice and playing a pivotal role in promoting a safe, healthy, and thriving workplace!No two days will be the same as you work closely with leaders and staff across Nine to manage diverse safety challenges unique to the Media industry. From supporting Journalists, in their daily news reporting to ensuring corporate office safety.Day to day, you will:Help deliver on the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) strategy, including driving and contributing to project and initiative work.Collaborate with business leaders to integrate health and safety into daily operations.Guide and support managers and employees through end-to-end health and safety management within their site and business unit/s.Design and implement fit-for-purpose controls for unique safety challenges.Provide advice and support to leaders on HSW matters.Enable teams to manage risks and prioritize wellbeing proactively.Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the safety management system.Identify, assess, and respond to health and safety risks in the workplace.Drive best practices to maintain a safe workplace in line with Nine's objectives.
