You will have the opportunity to make a real impact and help shape a thriving workplace culture.In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our people strategy, providing expert HR advice, coaching, and guidance to empower both employees and leaders. Day to day you will:Manage a wide range of queries for employee and people leader support, providing timely guidance on HR-related matters including Policy and Industrial Instrument application and interpretation.Support our employees and people leaders by providing consistent, credible and timely HR advice according to the relevant industrial relations instrument (Award, Agreement, policy)Visa and Working Rights management and maintenance Enable an effective operation of people systems and processes, e.g. ServiceNowCoach and mentor members of the People Solutions team to grow and develop as HR professionals through up-skilling and knowledge sharing  Identify and contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of the People Solutions function to drive success and effective solutions across the P&C team and our people at NineConduct regular reviews of knowledge management articles on our intranetEnsure compliance by using relevant Nine policies, laws and regulations
