Egis is seeking an experienced Civil Design Lead to join our Urban Development team in Norwest. This is a leadership role where you’ll take ownership of design delivery, lead a multidisciplinary team, and play a key role in driving quality, efficiency and sustainable business growth.You will be responsible for leading a team of designers and drafters, providing technical direction, mentoring and performance management, while ensuring design outputs meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the design and drafting activities of the design office, including work priorities and project responsibilitiesLead workload planning to ensure efficient delivery against project programs and deadlinesProvide day-to-day leadership, coaching and technical guidance to support individual and team developmentMaintain and enhance quality assurance processes, identifying non-conformances and implementing preventative actionsReview and contribute to complex civil infrastructure designs and proposalsEnsure appropriate standards, specifications and design tools are consistently applied
