We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Mechanical Fitter Apprentice here at AFFCO Rangiuru. This challenging role will provide you with the opportuinity to learn and grow as you support our Trades team in the mechanical maintenance of site machinery and equipment, which also includes hands-on repairs, project design and project administration.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key requirements for the role:Be a real team player with excellent communication skillsAble to work on a rotating shift structure and be available for call-outs including some weekendsReasonable level of academic successA desire to work within the food/manufacturing industryPhysically fitStrong organisational skills which complement the need to manage a variety of priorities and demands ensuring that you hit targets and deadlinesPrevious experience in a Trades team would be an advantage, however full training will be provided for applicants who show a keen willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
