Wholesale Intake Administrator will be preparing loans for submission to Underwriting and/or Processing.  You will upload and review documents and order mortgage services before assigning to our Underwriting/Processing team.Primary Job Duties: Upload and sort loan documents to imaging system in a timely mannerArrange for loans to move to Underwriting/ProcessingOrder services such as Appraisals, Flood, Fraud Guard, Case Assignments, etc.Assist management on pipeline reports and projectsProvide administrative support for the operations teamPerforms any other related duties as assigned or as necessary.Work overtime as neededAttend & Participate in Meetings via Teams
