The Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator responsibilities include under general supervision verification of data integrity in our loan origination software. Condition gathering and submission to underwriting for approval updates. Clear loan conditions for final approval to submit to closing.Primary Job Duties:Process applications for CTC submission to underwritingWork with partners, loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMC’s and title companiesWorks with third parties to obtain conditionsReviewing and uploading file documentation into LOSAccurately clear applicable loan conditionsAnalyze Credit, income, tax returns and asset documentsFile follow-up and notation in accordance with policyEnsure confidentiality of client filesMust be able to work independently and as part of a teamOther duties and/or mortgage or company related tasks as assigned by managementSuccessfully manages a minimum of 35 files at one time.Maintain satisfactory file quality
