Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Front Desk to join our professional services team in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This role entails managing front desk duties, handling customer interactions, and ensuring efficient administrative operations. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.IN OFFICE- M-F 8am - 4:30pm Responsibilities: Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors to ensure a positive client experience. Manage the ordering and maintenance of office supplies as needed to ensure a well-stocked and functional office environment. Execute data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Utilize Microsoft Excel for spreadsheet creation and management, demonstrating proficiency in computer literacy. Perform photocopying, faxing, and filing duties to support administrative processes. Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients and team members. Conduct inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service. Resolve customer inquiries, demonstrating problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.Requirements Proven experience in a similar Administrative Assistant role within the Professional Services industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong customer service skills and experience in handling inbound and outbound calls Ability to efficiently schedule appointments and manage calendars Excellent skills in email correspondence and written communication Experience in data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to operate standard office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
