Description We are in search of a Data Entry Clerk to join our team located in Dover, New Hampshire. This role involves maintaining customer service standards, accurately entering data, and handling email correspondence. The position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.Responsibilities: Accurately input data and manage customer information. Uphold superior customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and manage data. Manage and monitor customer accounts, taking necessary actions when required. Perform calculations as needed to ensure data accuracy. Handle order entries efficiently. Use SAP software for data management, though not a mandatory requirement.
