We’re now looking for a Café Assistant for our Prebbleton village who shares our love for people and hospitality.You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our café. From making great coffee to creating tasty cabinet food and light meals, you’ll help make our café a warm and welcoming place for residents, their families, and visitors. You’ll work closely with the Chef Manager, Café Supervisor, and wider village team to deliver a café experience that’s welcoming, consistent, and genuinely enjoyable. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Preparing, presenting, and serving food and drinks to a high standardProviding outstanding barista servicesAssisting with catering for village events and resident functionsHandling cash and reconciling daily takingsWe have two positions available:Sunday to Thursday, 9:30am to 3:30pmFriday to Monday, 9:30am to 3:30pmThese roles will commence on the 2nd November and will begin with 2 weeks of full-time paid training. Training hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm.
