Benefits Reporting Specialist

Purpose: The Benefits Reporting Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Funding, Trial Coordination and Client Navigator Teams and to customers working with Lingraphica. This role includes cross-team collaboration as well as interacting with Lingraphica customers, including but not limited to people with communication challenges, caregivers, and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs). Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Report insurance benefits, trial requirements, and assist customers in overcoming financial obstacles Facilitate completion of Good Faith Financial Assessments Reviews completed Good Faith Financial Assessments and reports results internally and externally Follow up with customers to ensure good communication and accurate information Assist customers with questions about their benefits Maintain company standards for CRM procedures Assist other members of other teams as needed Collect and report on key metrics within the Funding Team Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
