Salary Range: $34.00 - $37.00 HourlyReports To:The License Practical Nurse will report to the Health and Wellness Director.  FLSA Classification:  This position is classified as non-exempt and is an hourly position.Job Overview:Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by care staff.  Responsibilities and Duties: Supervise care staff in accordance with current state regulations and community policies. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and under the delegation of the RN, or the LPN in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, as applicable. Monitors the health, safety, and well-being of all residents. Assisting in training and monitoring of medication administration. Take and record vital signs and report adverse reactions or changes in condition to the RN or the LPN in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, as applicable. Maintain accurate up to date resident documentation and charting using the EHR. Maintaining clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal, state and local standards. Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care team members, physicians, and family members. Promote the highest degree of service to our residents while leading and demonstrating the mission of the company. Participates in and attends all in-service training as scheduled. Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned included but not limited to Infection Control Preventionist.
