Avani Queenstown Hotel are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.As a valued team member, you will oversee and support the food & beverage team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences by:Serving food and beverages to guests in a within the hotel and restaurant, ensuring professional and attentive service.Leads, motivates, and coaches the Food & Beverage team to deliver consistent service standards.Monitors service quality and ensuring consistency across all shifts and service periods.Manages guest enquiries and resolves service issues promptly and professionally.Supports inventory management, stock control, and day-to-day Food & Beverage operations.Works closely with management to maintain high-quality service and efficient daily operations.Shift Details (subject to change):Breakfast, lunch, and dinner shiftsRotating roster across Monday through SundaySplit shifts may be required on some days
Expected minimum hours: 30 hours per weekLocation: 327/343 Frankton Road, Queenstown 9300, New ZealandHourly range: $29 - $32NZD per hour. (excluding contributions to KiwiSaver).
