Position Summary:The Business Analyst will work closely with customers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system development projects. This role includes process documentation, preparing functional specifications, supporting QA testing, and leading user acceptance testing (UAT). The Business Analyst will also assist with proposal development for new project opportunities. Responsibilities:Gather and analyze customer requirements for technology implementation projectsConduct interviews and workshops in both Korean and EnglishDocument functional and technical requirements with bilingual clarityDevelop future-state process documentation and detailed functional specificationsFacilitate meetings and presentations with stakeholders in Korean and EnglishPrepare UAT test cases and support customers during user acceptance testingMonitor project deliverables and ensure timely completionProvide guidance, training, and support to end users after system deploymentSupport proposal and pre-sales activities when required
