Ensure technical accuracy and GAAP compliance across all client work.Service Delivery Management: Oversee tax and accounting engagements for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring all monthly close and tax deadlines are met with consistency.People Leadership: Directly supervise Managers, Seniors, and Staff. Provide coaching and performance management, and play a key role in hiring and capacity planning.Operational Excellence: Monitor team utilization and realization. Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements to strengthen the firm’s efficiency.Risk & Advisory: Serve as the primary technical escalation point for the team, exercising independent professional judgment to manage risk and solve complex client issues.
