The EHS Auditor Americas is responsible for planning and executing audits across the region to ensure alignment with corporate standards, legal requirements, and best practices in Environment, Health & Safety. This role plays a critical part in identifying risks, promoting continuous improvement, and supporting a strong compliance and safety culture throughout the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the EHS Audit Team in the Americas: 1 full-time auditor and 4 co-auditorsPlan and execute EHS audits across the Americas, in line with Sika’s Minimum EHS Standards and ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, 14001).Identify non-conformities, unsafe conditions, and systemic gaps; provide clear recommendations.Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of audit findings.Follow up on corrective actions to confirm effective implementation.Share best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with regional teams to maintain alignment with corporate EHS objectives.Work closely with the global audit team on the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS audit procedures and tools.
