Handle customer enquiries on training courses and enrollmentPrepare quotations and provide support on sales-related mattersCoordinate training course arrangements, including:Course materials preparationTrainer and participant coordinationBilling, evaluation, and receipt issuanceManage and administer the eLearning platformSupport internal and external audit preparation (e.g. IRCA, BIM)Assist in marketing activities, including promotional materials and membership programsSupport eDM scheduling and other marketing communicationsHandle payment settlements between clients and suppliersSource and manage training venuesPrepare reports on training activities and payment statusMaintain training database and compile reports for management reviewPerform other ad hoc duties as assigned
