About the RoleAs an Area Controller, your main focus will be on selling and profit in your Area through partnership and development of our store teams.This field role reports into the Area Manager and is based out of Secaucus, NJ.A Day in the LifeWorking at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilitiesTake main responsibility for maximizing Selling & Profit in the Area through performance of the physical storesExecute the Commercial Plan for the Area based on the Regional planSecure Omni Customer Experience through qualitative & efficient Work Force Planning and operationsPartner with the Sales market team to set annual budget & forecast process for Sales, Efficiency &  CostsGuide the Area to reach top & bottom-line goalsSet hourly function plan with Store management to enable strong store operations, efficiency, and a great colleague and customer experienceSecure strong execution by aligning function plan and schedules.Partner with the rest of the Area team to set the desired staff levels for all stores in your Area,  in line with Sales market goalsIdentify, develop and coach talents & foster multi-function collaborationRequired domestic and international travel up to 60% of the time
